General information
VOUCHER CODES
Please note that each VOUCHER CODES can only be redeemed once. The following applies to vouchers from promotions in our newsletters, magazines, etc.:
• Only one VOUCHER CODES can be redeemed per order. However, vouchers can be used in combination with a gift card amount.
• Please check the expiration date of your VOUCHER CODES.
• Certain VOUCHER CODES cannot be used to purchase discounted items.
• VOUCHER CODES may only be valid for certain products and categories.
• A minimum order value may apply to VOUCHER CODES.
• If you return goods, we reserve the right not to extend the validity of your VOUCHER CODES.
GIFT CARDS
Please note that each GIFT CARDS can only be redeemed once. GIFT CARDS can only be purchased in the store. The following applies:
• GIFT CARDS are valid for a limited period of three years from the date of purchase.
• Only one GIFT CARDS worth a maximum of €200 can be redeemed per order.
The maximum value of gift credit that can be redeemed per calendar month is limited to €500.
The maximum value of gift credit that can be linked to your customer account per calendar month is limited to €500.
• After ordering, any remaining balance will remain on your GIFT CARDS.
• You can find the total amount of your GIFT CARDS in "My Account" under "Total amount of GIFT CARDS".
• When returning items with a GIFT CARDS gekauften Artikeln wird der Betrag Ihrem GIFT CARDS credit and can be used for future orders.
• The total amount of the GIFT CARDS cannot be exchanged for cash.
• There is no minimum order value for orders paid with a GIFT CARDS.
eCARDS
Please note that each eCARD can only be redeemed once. eCARDS are sponsored shopping cards for which special rules apply:
• Sponsored eCARDS are sold by designers with a maximum value of €250.
• Sponsored eCARDS can have a value of €50, €100, €150, €200 or €250.
• Sponsored eCARDS may only be valid for certain products and categories.
• Sponsored eCARDS have a minimum order value
• Sponsored eCARDS have a minimum order value of double the value stated on the card
• Sponsored eCARDS can only be used for one order.
• Please check the expiration date of your sponsored eCARDS.
• The total amount of sponsored eCARDS cannot be exchanged for cash.
