On our marketplace, we offer the option of reporting items or other content that you believe is inconsistent with applicable laws or our Terms of Use ("Report") via the "Report Legal Concerns" link on the respective product page. This reporting option is limited to the following content/violations:
(i) infringement of intellectual property rights,
(ii) false or missing information about products or retailers,
(iii) inappropriate content,
(iv) non-compliance with the ZYXX STREETWEAR Terms of Use or Usage Guidelines,
(v) other legal violations. We will review your reports and inform you of the results of our review, including any actions taken. The affected user will also be informed if we take action based on the report.

The reporting individual or entity and affected users residing in the European Union may file a complaint free of charge against the decisions resulting from the above-mentioned reports (and, in the case of the reporting individual or entity, also in the case of non-implementation of measures) by ZYXX STREETWEAR. However, this right of appeal only applies to decisions (or non-implementation of measures) related to illegal content or violations of the DSA. Furthermore, the right of complaint is limited to the following actions by ZYXX STREETWEAR:
(i) the removal of certain content, the blocking of access to it, or the restriction of its display,
(ii) the complete or partial restriction or closure of a ZYXX STREETWEAR account or access to ZYXX STREETWEAR due to certain content, or
(iii) the suspension or termination of payments related to content provided by a user or otherwise restricting the user from monetizing certain content.

  There is also a right to out-of-court dispute resolution with regard to the above-mentioned measures by ZYXX STREETWEAR, as well as with regard to complaints that have not been resolved through ZYXX STREETWEAR's complaint management system. For this purpose, a certified and competent out-of-court dispute resolution body under the Digital Services Act can be selected. The European Commission has published a list of these out-of-court dispute resolution bodies. The right to appeal against ZYXX STREETWEAR's decisions or measures to a court at any time, in accordance with applicable law, remains unaffected.
