If you order ZYXX STREETWEAR partner goods, you have – depending on the product you choose – either a contract with the respective ZYXX STREETWEAR partner alone or with both ZYXX STREETWEAR and the respective ZYXX STREETWEAR partner together (joint seller). 1.3 By clicking the "buy now" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email after you submit your order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that in the case of advance payment (reservation), the ordered goods will be delivered as soon as we have received payment of the full purchase price and any shipping costs. Any costs associated with a money transaction are to be borne by you.

4. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION
4.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued as part of advertising campaigns with a specific validity period.
4.2 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed during the specified period and only once per order. Individual brands may be excluded from the voucher promotion. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Please note that promotional vouchers may be tied to a minimum order value.
4.3 The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any difference to a higher value of goods can be settled using the payment options offered. The value of a promotional voucher will not be paid out in cash, nor will it bear interest. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.
4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless we have agreed otherwise.
4.5 If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you retain if – due to your cancellation – the total value of the order falls below or equals the value of the promotional voucher.

ZYXX STREETWEAR gift cards are not e-money, but rather an unregulated credit balance. This means that the gift cards are neither supervised by the relevant regulatory authority, nor do they benefit from the legal protections for e-money. This means, in particular, that you have no right to demand a cash refund.
5.2 ZYXX STREETWEAR gift cards can be redeemed at www.zyxx.me and via the ZYXX STREETWEAR app for qualified products sold by ZYXX STREETWEAR or other sellers (ZYXX STREETWEAR partners). Qualified products are products that enhance a person's appearance (e.g., clothing, shoes). Further details can be found under this link "What can I use my gift card for?". A ZYXX STREETWEAR gift voucher cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
5.3 The redemption of ZYXX STREETWEAR gift vouchers is limited to 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. Cash payment and reimbursement in the event of loss or damage are not possible. sind nicht möglich.
5.4 ZYXX STREETWEAR gift vouchers are limited to a maximum value of €200 per ZYXX STREETWEAR gift voucher. Multiple ZYXX STREETWEAR gift vouchers up to a maximum value of €200 can be redeemed per purchase. Any remaining amount will be made available for future purchases. The maximum value of ZYXX STREETWEAR gift vouchers that can be used per calendar month is limited to €5,000. The maximum value of ZYXX STREETWEAR gift vouchers that can be linked to your customer account per calendar month is limited to €5,000.
5.5 The ZYXX STREETWEAR gift voucher is generally activated within 72 hours of purchase.
5.6 ZYXX STREETWEAR gift vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed and cannot be applied to an order retroactively.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE ZYXX STREETWEAR ITEMS, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
First of all, we would like to inform you that if you return goods, you can use the return label that is either included with your order or which you can print out via your customer account. If you do not have a printer available, have difficulty downloading the return label, or need a new return label, you can also request one from our Customer Care (contact details below). Please help us avoid unnecessary costs and do not return the goods without a return label.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform widerruf@zyxx.me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.
You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous declaration using the contact form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods if you use the return label provided by us for a return within Germany. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Please note:
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
